Crexendo, Inc. is a cloud-based web and communication service company.[3] The company was founded in 1995 and is headquartered in Arizona.[2] In 2013, the company was awarded by Internet Telephony Magazine as TMC’s 2013 Internet Telephony Excellence Award for its leading communication technology, Crexendo Cloud Telephony Solution.[4]

The company was formerly known as iMergent Inc,[5] Netgateway, and Galaxymall and has traded as on various stock exchanges as CXDO, EXE, IIG, NGWY, and GLXY. It operates its business through three segments including StoresOnline, Crexendo Web Service and Crexendo Network Services.[6] The StoresOnline segment is engaged in website designing and making for business. Crexendo Web Service offers services including link building and rate conversion improvement and other website optimization services. Additionally, Crexendo Network Services provides web and telephony communication services including Crexendo 8 Plan, which is a web service managing customers’ 8 phone numbers.[5][6] The company has launched a program named Crexendo University Program (UP) aiming to help tens of students improve their business skills and sponsor tools.[7]
