Coupe de France (women's handball)

The Coupe de France de handball féminin is an annual national cup competition for French women's handball clubs. Its champion qualifies for the EHF Cup Winners' Cup. Organized by the French Handball Federation, it first took place in 1985 but it has been discontinued in several occasions. Metz Handball is the competition's most successful club as of 2012 with six titles each followed by ES Besançon with four, while Toulon Handball has won the two last editions.[1]
