Sir Cosmo Dugal Patrick Thomas Haskard MBE (born 25 November 1916) is an Irish-born former British colonial administrator. He served as Governor of the Falkland Islands from 1964 to 1970.[2] Born in Dublin, he is the son of John McDougal and Alicia "Lily" Haskard.[3] He turned 100 in November 2016.[4]
