Continental Hotels

Continental Hotels is the first Romanian hotel chain. The chain includes 13 hotels ( two-, three-, four- and five-, star hotels), four of which are operated under the brand Ibis. In 2001 the company signed an agreement with Accor for the management of Ibis Hotels in Bucharest and Constanţa, that are properties of Continental Hotels. 2009 witnessed the opening of another Ibis hotel, this time in Sibiu. Continental Hotels chain was founded in 1991, is the largest Romanian hotel chain covering luxury, business and economy market. Grand Hotel Continental Bucharest

Grand Hotel Continental is a 5-star boutique hotel in Bucharest, located in a building Heritage State on Victoriei Avenue.

The hotel's name is assoociated with key moments in romanian history: the arrest of Osman Pasha, the ruler of the Ottoman army, in apartment 104 in 1877, and King Michael's speech from the balcony of apartment 105 in 1992.

Grand Hotel Continental has unique pieces of furniture: the centerpiece is a desk purchased from a noble residence of Bergamo and chandeliers, massive furniture, mirrors are original pieces created in the nineteenth century brought from auction houses from Vienna, Parma and Turin.

Hotel Continental Forum Arad is a 4 star hotel that is part of the hotel chain Continental Hotels from 1998. The hotel is the largest in Arad, being the tallest building in the city center.

Continental Forum Oradea

Hotel Continental Forum Oradea is a 4 star hotel, the largest in Oradea. The hotel is near City Hall, the Prefecture, the Chamber of Commerce and the Court.

Hotel Continental Oradea current building was built between 1967-1971, and the original name was Hotel Dacia.

In 1996, Dacia enters the hotel chain Continental Hotels and in 200, following a rebranding process.

Continental Forum Sibiu

Hotel Continental Forum Sibiu is 4 star hotel, is centrally located in Union Square of Sibiu, close to the historical center. The hotel building is a historical monument dating from 1912.

The hotel was taken over by Continental Hotels chain in 2007, when it was reopened under the classification of 4 stars.

The building had no less than 5 names over time: "The Golden Ball", "Avenue", "Habermann" , "Europe" and the name today: "Continental Forum".

Continental Tîrgu Mureș
