Combal.Zero

Combal.Zero is an Italian restaurant in Rivoli, Italy listed as among the 100 best restaurants in the world.[1] It forms a wing of the town's castle,[1] which dates back to the 13th century. The chef is Davide Scabin, and the restaurant has earned 2 Michelin Guide stars.[2]

The restaurant was voted 28th best in the world in 2011,[3] having risen from the 46th place in 2007.[3] Restaurant magazine lauded its "hyper-creative, conceptual tasting menu".[3] In the 2015 rankings it fell back to 65th place.[4]
