Colombo Football Club or simply Colombo FC is a professional football club based in Colombo. The club play in the Premier Division, the top flight of Sri Lankan football.

They are 2015 FA Cup Champions sponsored by Cargills Ceylon, after they beat Blue Star SC 1–0 in the final on July 4, 2015 at the Sugathadasa Stadium.

Dialog Champions League Colombo FC was placed Runners Up with 45 points, whilst Solid FC with 48 points became champions of Dialog Premier League 2014/15 season. In 2013/14 Colombo FC came on top of the League table of their Group, but a knockout quarter finals with Don Bosco saw them out of the race losing 3–2.

A relatively newer club founded in April 2008, set up to support the sport at a Grassroots Level embarked on Journey starting out at the local City Football League and Colombo Football League. They entered the 3rd Division of the Football Federation in 2009/2010 season. They became Division 3 Runners Up in 2010/2011 season after losing to Matara SC 2–0 in the finals held at Vernon Fernando Stadium, Kalutara.

In Division 2 2011/12 season Colombo FC lost in the Semi Finals to eventual champions Solid 5–4 penalties after a 1–1 game. That year the 4 semi finalist teams were promoted to a Division 1 namely, Solid FC, Matara SC, Super Sun and Colombo FC

Colombo FC won its First Championship Trophy on April 25, 2010. Colombo FC beat Java Lane SC 3–2 to win the Silver Cup 2010 Championship organized by the Colombo Football League.

They run and sponsor Youth Football Programs in the city.

FA CUP In the Holcim FA Cup 2010, Colombo FC became the first 3rd Division Team in history to enter the 5th Round of the FA Cup, organized by the Football Federation of Sri Lanka. They lost in the Pre-Quarter Final(Round 5) to Police SC 4–0.

The reached the Semi Finals in 2014, where they lost to Army SC 2–1. They became FA Cup Champions in 2015 defeating Blue Star SC 1–0.

They play home at City Football League, Slave Island is their home for Premier League games, which has a capacity of 2500.
