Collingwood railway station is located on the South Morang and Hurstbridge lines, in Victoria, Australia. It serves the north-eastern Melbourne suburb of Collingwood, and opened on 21 October 1901 as Collingwood Town Hall. It was renamed Collingwood on 1 May 1909.[1] The station buildings and platforms were rebuilt in 1987,[2][3] and were first noted in use by 7 September 1987.[4]
Platforms & services
Collingwood has two side platforms. It is serviced by Metro Trains' South Morang and Hurstbridge line services.[5][6]
Platform 1:
- South Morang line: all stations services to Flinders Street
- Hurstbridge line: all stations services to Flinders Street
Platform 2:
- South Morang line: all stations services to South Morang
- Hurstbridge line: all stations services to Eltham & Hurstbridge
