Clare Husted Mountbatten, Marchioness of Milford Haven (born 2 September 1960 in New York City), is a British aristocrat, journalist and polo player. She held the position of Social Editor for Tatler magazine.

Biography

She is the daughter of Anthony Nigel Steel (1925-1983), of Rock House Farm, Lower Froyle, co. Hampshire, and wife Anne Husted.

She married Nicholas Philip Wentworth-Stanley (born 1954), Lloyd's List's underwriter, in 1985; they were later divorced. With her first husband, she had three children:
