City Gate Mahon is an office and medical complex in Mahon, Cork, Ireland. The construction of the complex cost €70m.

Office

Regus have offices in City Gate Mahon, as do Forza Direct Marketing, Qualcomm, FireEye, Hedgeserv, Aruba Networks and E-Bridge Training.

Several technology companies, including Solarwinds, Big Fish Games and McAfee have their European or EMEA headquarters in City Gate. Quest Software also have one of their two Irish offices here, the other being in Citywest, Dublin.

The national headquarters of the Health Information and Quality Authority is also located in City Gate.

Medical

The Citygate Specialist Dental Clinic opened its dental hub at City Gate in February 2011 and offers patients specialist dental services.[1]

VHI Swiftcare opened their largest urgent care clinic in Ireland in City Gate Mahon in September 2008, and a VHI Screening clinic opened in March 2010.

The Mater Private Hospital also have a 75 bed private hospital facility in the development.[2]

City Gate Park

City Gate Park is an extension to City Gate Mahon. It is divided into three blocks. Block A has 110,000 square feet of office space. Block B has 90,000 square feet and Block C has 65,000 square feet bringing the total office space of this development to 265,000 square feet.

The furniture retailer DFS are a retail client at City Gate Park,[3] and operate a showroom in the development alongside premises for Starbucks Coffee and a gym franchise of Energie Fitness.[4]
