Ciba cake

Ciba (Chinese: 糍粑) is traditional Chinese cuisine food of cooked glutinous rice pounded into paste. Ciba is popular in South China areas including Guangdong, Guangxi, Guizhou, Sichuan, Hunan and Hubei. Ciba isserved at festivals, especially for Spring Festival celebration.

There are similar foods in Japan, Korea, Taiwan and other places, but producing and eating methods have some differences.
