Christian Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses in Italy

The Christian Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses in Italy (Italian: Congregazione Cristiana dei Testimoni di Geova in Italia) is an Italian Christian denomination, which is part of the worldwide fellowship of Jehovah's Witnesses, a millenarian restorationist group with nontrinitarian beliefs.

As of 2015, the denomination includes about 3,000 local churches, 250,000 members and 250,000 supporters throughout Italy.[1]

Over the years there have been attempts (the latter in 2007) toward an agreement between the Congregation and the Italian government, in accordance with article 8 of the Italian Constitution (which regulates the relations with religious minorities), but no agreement has become law as of 2016.[2]
