Changes is the third album released by the Italian band Vanilla Sky. Though it has a track listing of 16 tracks,^[3] the last three songs on the CD are alternate versions of previous songs. This album was also re-released with the inclusion of an extra track. It is the band's most successful album to date.

• "Se Vuoi Andare", "Devastante", and "6 Come 6" are sung fully in Italian, while the rest of the tracks are in English.
  • "Break It Out" is the English version of the song "6 Come 6".
  • "Goodbye" is the English version of the song "Se Vuoi Andare".
  • "Waiting Patiently" is the English version of the song "Devastante".
• Mark Hoppus provides guest vocals on "Nightmare".
• "The Fight" is the only song on the album with profanities. (This album does not have a Parental Advisory warning.)
• "Umbrella" is a cover of Rihanna's hit song of the same title. It was originally released on the band's MySpace, later released as a single, and it then appeared on the re-issue of the album.
