Caucasus Online LLC is one of the largest Georgian Internet service providers and controls large part of the Georgian internet communications market. Caucasus Online was formed by unification of three major Georgian ISPs Caucasus Network, Georgia Online and SaNet.[2] in 2006. Since 2008 Telenet, the main provider of wireless Internet in Georgia, merged with Caucasus Online.

The company provides a range of internet services including xDSL Internet access, Wireless Internet access, Fiber to the x, Dial-up Internet access, Web design, Web hosting, Colocation service . Also, it operates a Submarine communications cable named Bulgaria–Georgia communications cable (BGC) which links Balchik, Bulgaria and Poti, Georgia and provides high speed internet to Georgia. The project was developed by Caucasus Online in co-operation with Tyco Electronics in 2008.
