Canthigaster rostrata, commonly known as the Caribbean sharp-nose puffer, is a pufferfish from the Western Central Atlantic. It can be encountered from the coast of South Carolina to Venezuela, including the Bermuda, the Gulf of Mexico and the Caribbean Sea.[1]

It occasionally makes its way into the aquarium trade. It grows to a size of 12cm in length.[2]
