Camp Chase (Massachusetts)
Camp Chase is a former American Civil War training camp that existed in 1861 in Lowell, Massachusetts.[1]
2 Cavalry units (2nd Regiment of Cavalry, Massachusetts Volunteers, 3rd Massachusetts Volunteer Cavalry), 1 Artillery Battery (6th Massachusetts Light Artillery) and 1 Infantry Company (30th Regiment Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry) were trained at Camp Chase.[2]
