Since 1997, the firm has done real estate transactions of over $3 billion in single tenant net lease.[1] From 2010-2015, the firm was ranked in the top 10 companies in the nation for single tenant retail transactions by both CoStar and Real Capital Analytics.[2] For 2015, Randy Blankstein was ranked by CoStar as the #1 net lease broker in the United States based on transaction volume.
