Robert Beggs was an Irish gaelic footballer. He is one of the ten men to have won an All-Ireland Senior Football Championship for two different counties.

Personal life

Beggs was a fisherman from Skerries.

Career

In 1938 he won his first All-Ireland title with Galway. He also played on the Galway team of 1941 which was beaten in the All-Ireland final by kerry. Four years later, he won his second and final All-Ireland, beating his former team, Galway.[1][2][3]
