Billiri (or Biliri) is a Local Government Area of Gombe State, Nigeria. Its headquarters are in the town of Billiri in the northeast of the area on the A345 highway at9°51′53″N 11°13′31″E / 9.86472°N 11.22528°E / 9.86472; 11.22528.

It has an area of 737 km² and a population of 202,144 at the 2006 census.
