Becca Schack, known by her stage name Beca (also Beca Dreams)[1] is an American singer, songwriter, and producer from New York.[2]

Music career

Her two first EPs “Let’s Run Wild” and “Born To Fly” were released via UK label This Is Music Ltd in 2012.[3] The songs on Let’s Run Wild were co-written and co-produced by Findlay Brown.[4]

Her debut album, ‘Ecliptic,’ was independently released in 2015.[5] The album accrued radio spins from over 50 stations nationwide including LA’s KCRW.[6] Her song “Meteor” charted on Beatport’s Top 100 Indie Dance Releases[7] and debuted in the Top 90 of the FMQB (Friday Morning Quarterback) Singles Chart.[8]

Beca has performed at festivals and events, including Miami Fashion Week,[9] POP Montreal[10] and NXNE.[11]

Beca has appeared in many international media publications including: Stereogum,[12] Flaunt Magazine,[13] Pure Volume,[14] The Deli Magazine,[15] Consequence of Sound[16] and XLR8R.[17]

Her music has appeared on Dance Moms,[18] Bones, and One Life To Live.
