The Ballou-Newbegin House is a historic house on Old Marlborough Road in Dublin, New Hampshire. The rambling, 1.5 story stucco house was designed by Joseph Everett Chandler, a noted Boston architect who oversaw the restoration of the Paul Revere House and the House of Seven Gables, and built in 1933. The house has elements of both English Revival, resembling in some ways a Cotswold cottage, however with Italian features.[2]
The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.[1]
