Baby Phat is an urban fashion line of clothing and other items established in 1998 for women and girls. The brand also includes accessories for phones, jewelry, shoes and fragrances. It is the corporate "sibling" of the clothing brand Phat Farm created by Russell Simmons. Baby Phat uses a sleek cat as the brand logo.

The Baby Phat Scrubs division sells medical uniforms such as scrubs and lab coats in various prints and designs featuring the Baby Phat cat logo.

Kimora Lee Simmons announced her split from Baby Phat via Twitter in August 2010. She admits the split was less than amicable. "It's over. It's absolutely over. It was very abrupt and sudden. I was shocked," she told the Daily News at Macy's Herald Square. She wouldn't confirm that she was pushed out, but said: "It's very, very sad for me. It was totally unexpected."[1]
