Ashe County Airport (ICAO: KGEV, FAA LID: GEV) is a county owned, public use airport in Ashe County, North Carolina, United States.[1] It is located three nautical miles (6 km) east of the central business district of Jefferson, North Carolina.[1] This airport is included in the National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems for 2011–2015, which categorized it as a general aviation facility.[2]

Although most U.S. airports use the same three-letter location identifier for the FAA and IATA, Ashe County Airport is assigned GEV by the FAA[1] but has no designation from the IATA[3] (which assigned GEV to Gällivare Airport in Gällivare, Sweden).[4] The airport's ICAO identifier is KGEV.[5]
