Arthur Eisenmenger

Arthur Eisenmenger (died 19 February 2002 at the age of 87) was a German former chief graphic designer for the European Community.[1]

Amongst his artistic creations are implementation of the European flag, the CE mark, and possibly the euro sign (€).[2]
