Arthur F. Cocks was an Australian cricket Test match umpire.

He umpired one Test match between Australia and England at Adelaide on 2–8 February 1951. Australia won comfortably with Arthur Morris scoring 206, Jim Burke scoring a century in his first Test, and Bill Johnston taking 7 wickets. Cocks' partner in his only match was Andy Barlow.
