Parliamentary elections were held in Armenia on 5 July 1995, with a second round on 29 July.^[1] There were 150 constituency seats and 40 elected on a national basis using proportional representation.^[2] The result was a victory for the Republican Bloc (an alliance of the Pan-Armenian National Movement, Democratic Liberal Party, Christian Democratic Union and the Republican Party), which won 88 of the 190 seats.^[3] Overall voter turnout was 54.3%.

The Republican Bloc parties ran separately in the constituency elections, with Pan-Armenian National Movement winning 62 seats, the Democratic Liberal Party winning 4, the Christian Democratic Union winning one and the Republican Party also winning one.
