Alphagene (German for "Alphagenes") is the debut album by German rapper Kollegah. It was released on November 16, 2007 on Selfmade Records and was produced by hip hop producer Rizbo. That album brought Kollegah the first time in the German Albums Chart.

The album features guest parts by DeineLtan, Favorite, Bass Sultan Hengzt, K.I.Z. and Slick One.

History

After the release of his mixtape Boss der Bosse Kollegah started to work on his debut album which had taken him nine months to finish. For six months he worked on his records so intensively that he had no contact to his family and friends during that time.[1]
