Alec Von Utgoff (Russian: Олег Владимирович Утгоф; born 1 March 1986)[3] is a British actor. He is known for playing the role of Yuri in The Wrong Mans. His other notable roles include Aleksandr Borovsky in Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit (2014),[4][1] Dmitri in Mortdecai (2015)[5] and Alexi in San Andreas (2015).[6]

Early life

Utgoff was born in Kiev, to mother Roza, a musical conductor, and father Volodymyr, a heart surgeon who is an honored doctor of Ukraine.[1] At the age of 11, he moved to London. His brother Alan, a financial advisor, and his parents still live in Kiev.[2] He is fluent in Russian.
