Aerogaviota is an airline based in Havana, Cuba.[1] It operates domestic passenger charters for the national tourist authority. Its main base is Playa Baracoa Airport, Havana[2]

History

The airline was established by the Cuban army and started operations in 1994 and is wholly owned by the Government of Cuba,[2] run by Corporación de la Aviación Civil S.A of Cuba.

Destinations

Aerogaviota operated scheduled services to the following domestic destinations in October 2006: Baracoa, Cayo Largo del Sur, Havana, Holguín, Santiago de Cuba, Trinidad and Varadero.

The airline also serves Kingston and Montego Bay, Jamaica.
