Adris grupa is a Croatian company based in Rovinj.[3] It has more than 8,000 employees,[4] and is one of the leading companies in the region,[5][6] with an annual income of more than 3 billion kunas.[7]

Since the sale of Tvornica duhana Rovinj (TDR) to British American Tobacco in September 2015,[8] its core businesses are Maistra (tourism and hotels), Cromaris (food industry), and Croatia osiguranje (insurance).[9] It also operates a public internship and employment program called "The Future in Adris"[10] and The Adris Foundation, which awards scholarships and donations.[11]
