Acacia exocarpoides is a shrub belonging to the genus Acacia and the subgenus Phyllodineae. It is native to an area in the Goldfields-Esperance, Wheatbelt and Mid West regions of Western Australia.[1]

The broom-shaped fastigiate shrub typically grows to a height of 1.0 to 3.0 metres (3 to 10 ft) and produces yellow flowers from June to August.
