Acacia dempsteri is a shrub belonging to the genus Acacia and the subgenus Phyllodineae. It is native to an area in the Goldfields-Esperance region of Western Australia.[1]

The straggly and prickly shrub typically grows to a height of 1.2 to 4 metres (4 to 13 ft). It blooms from September to October and produces yellow flowers.
