AUTC UAV

AUTC UAVs are Chinese UAVs developed by Tianjin Aurora UAV Technology Co., Ltd. (AUTC, 天津曙光敬业科技有限公司). As of 2013, a total of four have been publicized.

A1 UAV is an unmanned helicopter of conventional layout, and along with its larger cousin A2, it has been deployed for aerial cinematography mission by China Central Television and Survivor: China of CBS. Specification:[1]

Fixed-wing UAV 1

A total of two models of UAV developed by Aurora have been publicized, both are conventional layout with tricycle landing gear system. Both UAVs are also powered by a two-blade propeller driven by a pusher engine mounted behind the wing.[3] Aurora Fixed-wing UAV 1 (Shu-Guang Gu-Ding-Yi Wu-Ren-Ji 1, 曙光固定翼无人机1) has a twin-tail configuration and rectangular fuselage. Fixed-wing UAV 2

Aurora Fixed-wing UAV 2 (Shu-Guang Gu-Ding-Yi Wu-Ren-Ji 2, 曙光固定翼无人机2) has a T-tail configuration and cylindrical fuselage. Specification:[5]

Unmanned blimp

In addition to rotary and fixed wing aircraft, AUTC also developed unmanned blimps for a variety missions. In comparison to fixed and rotary aircraft, unmanned blimp has the advantage of much lower operational cost and can hover in a designated spot for over long period of time. AUTC unmanned blimps have been deployed for aerial photography missions in Qingdao.[6]
