History

Foundation

It was founded in 1921,[2] its sport history is characterized from a continuous alternation between regional championships, national amateurs championships and semiprofessionals.

The return in Serie D and the decline

In the 2012–2013 season, winning the Eccellenza Abruzzo, the team returns in Serie D after 18 years. Unfortunately, the club was relegated right back down to the Eccellenza Abruzzo to play in the 2014–2015 season. After another failed campaign, finishing bottom of the Eccellenza Abruzzo, they were relegated to the Promozione.
