The 22nd Critics' Choice Awards is an upcoming awarding event, scheduled to take place on December 11, 2016 at Santa Monica Airport's Barker Hangar in California, together with its television awards, honoring the best in 2016 filmmaking. It will be broadcast by A&E, while T. J. Miller return to host the ceremony. For the first time in awards history the ceremony date has been moved to December from its usual January slot.[1]
