The 2012 Northwestern State Demons football team represented Northwestern State University in the 2012 NCAA Division I FCS football season. The Demons were led by fourth year head coach Bradley Dale Peveto and played their home games at Harry Turpin Stadium. They were a member of the Southland Conference. They finished the season 4–7, 2–5 in Soutland play to finish in sixth place.
