The 2005–06 Malaysia Premier League (Malay: Liga Premier Malaysia 2005–06) was the third season of the Malaysia Premier League since its inception in 2004.

The season started in December 2005 and ended in June 2006. Kedah FA won the title, defeating Malacca FA 1–0 in the Championship Match. Both teams were promoted to the 2006–07 Malaysia Super League.[1]
