The 2004 Melbourne Storm season was the 7th in the club's history. They competed in the NRL's 2004 Telstra Premiership and finished the regular season 6th out of 15 teams, before reaching the semi-final where they were knocked out by eventual premiers, Bulldogs RLFC.
