1999 Davis Cup Asia/Oceania Zone Group IV

The Group IV tournament was held February 3-7, in Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei, on hard courts. The eight teams were split into two groups and played in a round-robin format. The top two teams of each group advanced to the promotion pool, from which the two top teams were promoted to the Americas Zone Group II in 2000. The bottom two teams of each group were placed in a placement pool.[1]

The tournament marked Fiji's first independent participation in the Davis Cup.
