Česlovas Juršėnas (born 18 May 1938[1]) is a Lithuanian politician and a former Speaker of the Seimas, the Lithuanian parliament.

In 1955, he graduated from Ignalina secondary school (now Ignalina Česlovas Kudaba Progymnasium) with a gold medal and entered Vilnius State University of Vincas Kapsukas, graduating in 1960.[2]

During 1960–1964 Juršėnas was an employee of a newspaper Tiesa.

He was a signatory of the Act of the Re-Establishment of the State of Lithuania on 11 March 1990.[1]

Juršėnas has published several books about politics and the world.[1]
