The Virginia Journal of Law and Technology (Bluebook abbreviation: Va. J.L. & Tech) is a quarterly law review edited and published by students at the University of Virginia School of Law. It is indexed by Westlaw and LexisNexis. The journal was ranked 8th among 42 Science, Technology, and Computing law journals in the Washington and Lee University School of Law's 2011 journal ranking list.[1] It was established in 1996 and covers topics including online privacy and security, patent and copyright reform, media piracy, biotechnology, telecommunications, and other issues relating to legal aspects of technology and intellectual property.[2]
