Trojan:Win32/Meredrop

Trojan:Win32/Meredrop (also Trojan.Win32.Agent) is the definition (from Microsoft) of a Trojan downloader, Trojan dropper, or Trojan spy. Its first known detection goes back to February, 2010, according to Securelist (Kaspersky Labs).[1][2]

This malicious software can install additional malicious files to the infected operating system (mostly to the %windir% folder or the <system folder>). Also, it can download files from a remote PC and/or can install them directly from a copy that is included in its own file.
