Tatyana Koshevnikova (born 1 January 1980) is a Kazakhstani female weightlifter, competing in the 63 kg category and representing Kazakhstan at international competitions. She competed at world championships, most recently at the 2001 World Weightlifting Championships.[1]
World record
Guinness World Record in the category vaginal weightlifting is held by Tatyana Kozhevnikova who deadlifted a 14 kg kettlebell.[2] Kozhevnikova herself is an exercise instructor who has introduced the programme 'intimate gymnastics' (Интимная гимнастика), a physical exercise regimen designed for female sexual health.[3]
