José Antonio de la Ballina Avilés, known as Nené Ballina or simply Nené (born 29 April 1964), is an Equatoguinean-Spanish football manager and a former player. He currently is coaching Ribadesella CF.

Early life

Nené was born in Santa Isabel (now Malabo), Spanish Guinea (now Equatorial Guinea) to Spanish parents who returned to Villaviciosa, Asturias (where his father hails) with him, when he was 3 years old.[1]

Career

Nené managed two scoreless La Liga appearances for Rayo Vallecano in the 1989–90 season.

Personal life

He also holds Spanish citizenship.
