Joan Wade

Joan Wade is a former member of the Wisconsin State Assembly.

Biography

Wade was born on March 16, 1962 in Portage, Wisconsin.[1] She graduated from Portage High School as well as the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Wade has been married to Wisconsin State Senator Luther Olsen since 2006.[2] Her first husband, John Spillner, Sr., was a candidate for the Wisconsin State Senate in 2004. She has two children.[3]

Career

Wade was first elected to the Assembly in January 1998 in a special election and remained a member until 2003. She is a Republican.
