Delcombe Manor is a Grade II*-listed historic manor in Milton Abbas, Dorset, England.

History

The manor was built circa 1750 with flint stones used for Milton Abbey.[1] It was originally two separate cottages which were joined together.[2] It was designed in the Romantic Gothic architectural style.[1]

In 1929, it was purchased by merchant banker Charles Jocelyn Hambro, who lived here with his wife Pamela Hambro and their children, including his son Charles.[3]

Architectural significance

It has been listed as Grade II* by English Heritage since 14 July 1955.[1]
